Renowned forensic pathologist Ronald K. Wright further exhonerates Kris Helton!

Posted by Shannon Olivia on December 8, 2015 at 8:45 PM

At the request of a prominent Miami attorney, Mel Black, yet another forensic pathologist, Ronald K. Wright, has investigated Kris Helton's claim of innocence and issued an investigation report further exonerating him!   Dr. Wright's findings are consistent with those made by other renowned forensic pathologists, including Dr. John Feegel, who exonerated Kris before one federal district judge and three federal court of appeals judges!  What do you think?

I think it's time for release/new trial/ whatever it takes to do the right thing. Great news on the investigation report being issued!

Just further evidence of Kris's innocence, also during the trial the lead detective testified that there was no evidence against Kris. The medical examiner who is NOT a forensic pathologist has been kicked out of medicine and lost his license to practice medicine in the state of Florida. the EMTs that were in court were not the same ones who were there when the crime occurred.

Wow! I can hardly believe how much incompetence & injustice has been in this case. My heart goes out to Kris & his whole family. It's time to set Kris free!!!!

I know Kris personally. He and I went to Middle School and early High School together in the Keys. I know his character. He has good family. He was raised right. And through all these years in prison while he waited for appeals to do him justice, he stayed a man with integrity and he stayed strong instead of letting prison turn him in to a disconnected, hardened criminal. I am proud to call myself his friend of 20 years.

I think 24 years is enough to spend in prison for a crime he didn't commit don't you think?
